    Yoga for Cyclists, Runners & Athletes

    These yoga classes are for people who engage in a wide range of sports. We will work on key muscle groups commonly used in sports. The classes are designed to strengthen muscles, improve suppleness and flexibility in muscles, strengthen the core and the back, improve posture and improve performance and concentration. The classes also incorporate breathing, meditation and relaxation practices.
